A workshop focused on identifying the sources of innovative opportunities in today’s complex business, artistic, and social environments. This workshop will use discussions, team activities and case studies to assist participants in developing strategies for their enterprises. Participants will split into groups and assigned a relevant product or service and be asked to jointly develop an innovative business model for. Whether you are in start-up phase, established, or well on your way, this workshop will help you inject innovation into your venture.
