Vibewire is excited to announce that founder of the fashion design house Paro Paro and hub resident Faye Maramara is travelling abroad to snap up the amazing opportunities that have presented themselves in Hong Kong and India.

She will be attending Hong Kong fashion week to view the Spring/Summer selection 2011 as a visitor and buyer as well as attend seminars on ‘trend forecasting’. She’ll then be off to New Delhi to attend the 45^th International Garment Fair to meet suppliers and manufacturers to source materials as part of the Australian group.

And of course, she’ll be seeking her own adventures in India to soak in the local arts and crafts. Faye will be attending both events under the sponsorship of the TCFA (Textile Clothing and Footwear Association).

Surely a bustling metropolis and an exotic country will provide ample inspiration for a budding fashion designer? We at Vibewire certainly wish her the best of luck!
